Things go wrong when you go wrong. You go wrong when something goes wrong for you. So it is a sort of chain reaction. We need to break this chain or it will cause more damage than you think. How do you break this anger chain?

To break this anger you can divert your attention to as follows...

- Talk to a person whom you would not shout at or whom you love the most.

- Play any sport that is your favourite.

- Listen to music which impresses you a lot.

- Take a nap, for it will relax your whole body.

- Go to swim.

- Play with your kids / Girl Friend

- Do not drive any automobile in anger.

    Great ideas, i'm very angry, for diferents things that happend to mi this last weeks, and it like you say... one thing call another... and it don't stop... i realy don't know what to do to STOP all this bad things...good luck..
